The Beyonce and Jay-Z of Ghana (Medikal and Fella Makafui) have kept their daughter from the public domain for a very long time.
The media and bloggers have been keeping a close eye on the young couple to fish out the face of Island Frimpong but have proved futile.
It seems Medikal and fella and following the lead of most celebrities as they want to wait till their children are at a certain age before they share full pictures and videos of them to their fans.

Medikal in a new video while playing with his daughter in the presence of his manager, Flow Delly, quizzed many if their babies have been rocking designer outfits.
The video captures Island Frimpong growing beautifully.
Meanwhile, the Ghanaian rapper Medikal has shared his deepest fear after getting married to Fella Makafui in an interview he had with Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM.
Accordng to him, losing Fella Makafui to anything is his greatest fear.

Medikal was speaking to Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM this morning after he quizzed him what his greatest fear is in marriage.
He said;
I don’t wanna lose my wife to anything. We usually have s.e.x alot, we have lot of conversation and plan our lives together.
He also added that both of them love s.e.x a lot and want to have like 20 kids.
According to Medikal, he initially wanted to have one boy and a girl but later changed his mind and wants to have a lot of kids like a football team.
