Controversial former musician cum politician, Kwame Aplus has decided to advice young people how to protect their kidneys.
A lot of young people of today indulge in lifestyles that puts their health at risk. Most of them eat unhealthy foods and do little or no exercise which puts extra pressure on their organs.
Well, according to Kwame Aplus in a Facebook post, young people have to start adding fruits and vegetables to their diets. He even went ahead to suggest some of the healthier foods they can eat to keep themselves strong.
He wrote;
“Many young people are being diagnosed with Kidney disease; young people who don’t drink alcohol. Let’s start placing value on our Ampesi with garden egg or kontomire stew, reduce painkillers if possible, drink more sobolo, more adɛmɛ, more okro with a little banku, more abunuabunu, more fish and vegetables, drink more water, get enough rest and remember to do your check-up – at least twice a year.”
