My name is Ruth Gyamfua from Nsuta in the Ashanti region. We were born twins and I am the Senior. We grew up with our parents in Kumasi Amako in the Ashanti.
I am a trained nurse by profession. I got married three months ago and during our honeymoon, I wasn’t fortunate I lost my twin sister.
Three days after our honeymoon I had a call from my mother that my sister is seriously sick and they have taken her to the hospital. My heart trembles and I was so confused about what to do. So, I and my husband rushed home and went to the hospital they took her to.

I was very sad the moment I saw the state of my sister. I got close to her and asked what’s the problem and she told me her heart.
We kept praying for her to recover and the Doctors were also busy with her doing their best. Unfortunately, she passed away the next day. I broke down in tears as such an incident happen three days after my wedding. We keep doing things together, we move together, sleep together, bath, eat, like anything you could talk about.
I kept mourning her every day in my life, though I have gone for counselling and all that but I still can’t forget about the pains in my heart.
Recently, I keep seeing her in my dreams and though I wish she is still alive but I’m terrified and I don’t know if she is coming for me or not. I told my husband about it and my parents yet I still keep seeing her in my dreams.
Now I’m frustrated and I don’t know what to do. Please I will need your help to decide on this. Though is gone but I’m not ready to join her.
