A lady has narrated to court how she managed to survived after a guy she meet on Facebook assaulted her on first date.
20-years-old Eunice Wangari told Nairobi Principal Magistrate Esther Kimilu, that a guy she meet on Facebook threw her out of the 12th floor of a building on their first date.
According to the lady, on September 13, 2020, she traveled from Karura home in Kiambu County to Nairobi to meet the Facebook guy, Moses Gatama Njoroge, he told her to come to the Ambank House, the 12th floor precisely.

After a couple of drinks together, he started making sexual advances towards her but she rebuffed the sexual advances which in turns angered Moses.
It led to a fight which saw the accused, Moses, throw her from a window on the 12th floor of the Ambank House.
The lady who is still aided before she can walk had to spend two months at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).
The guy, Moses has been charged with one count of causing grevious bodily harm for the incident that occurred on September 13, 2020.

The father of the lady was also in court to testify as her daughter called her whiles in pain.
“I phone call from his daughter while screaming in pain that someone wanted to throw her off a building”. – He told the court.
He added that when he went to the Central Police Station to report the matter, a security guard had already reported the incident.
