After Candybel chose Philip, there has been a lot of controversies surrounding them. Though some people were happy about the combination but others were also of the view that Philip will break her heart. This even made Philip come out to refute those claims. He said he truly loves Candybel and if everything goes on well, he is going to marry her.
During their romantic date, Philip made it clear that he is much into Candybel, and for that matter, he hopes everything works for good for them. He again said despite some little challenges and misunderstandings, things are working well for them. Candybel also added more flesh to what Philip said and revealed that Philip is good so she prays the relationship succeeds.
Coincidentally, the day they met was Candybel’s birthday so Philip surprised her with a nice picture frame with her customized photo inside. He also brought a birthday cake and champagne to surprise her. They cut the cake and popped the champagne together with a birthday song.
