Veteran Ghanaian actress Kalsoume Sinari has surprised her followers after she released a photo of herself carrying a set of twins.
Clothed in all-white together with the babies, Kalsoume smiled brightly at the camera and indicated in her caption that Allah is their strength.

However, we are not certain if she gave birth to them since not even a single picture popped up showing she was pregnant buy yet still it can be possible she made sure nobody shared the news all those times.
