The 21st Vodafone Music Awards was successfully held on the 28th August, 2020 and Kofi Kinaata made history by winning the songwriter of the year for the third time.

The Fante Rap God and singer was adjudged the songwriter of the year and this makes him become the first artist to win this category for the third time.
The singer with his ‘Things Fall Apart’ song beat competition from King Promise, Akwaboah, Epixode among others.
Kinaata also took to his Instagram page to share his excitement for the award as he wrote:
