Before Wendy Shay was widely known in Ghana following her hit single “Uber Driver”, she used to live in Germany where she studied music and practiced nursing as a fulltime work but her strong passion for music has made her name a household name in Ghana.

Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Addo known in showbiz as Wendy Shay shot into the mainstream entertainment circles after the untimely death of Ebony Reigns who was the lead artist on the same record label.
That’s showbiz and we have managed to lay our hands on one childhood photo which is trending on social media. Wendy Shay now claims to be the queen of Ghana Music. As she carries that title whenever she finds herself on the screen.
Ghanaians recently applauded her for leaving a live interview after unnecessary questions were thrown at her. Wendy is gradually winning the Heart of Ghanaians.
