Every continent has it’s own football organization that coordinates its football activities. For Europe, their football organization is Union of European Football Association.
Confederation of African Football for Africa, Asian Football Confederation for Asia and many others. All these are headed by the organization in charge of football all around the world called the Federation Of International Football Association (FIFA).
This organization is based in Geneva, Switzerland and coordinates all football affairs in the whole world. The organization is headed by Gianni Infantino. They proposed that the FIFA World Cup which is a tournament for different countries from all angles of the world should be played every two years instead of the four.
This decision could not succeed as football fans were not in favor of it. On that note, the football organization has come out with another policy this morning. They propose that the tournament should be held every three years.
