1. Keep your skin clean by taking your bath or shower every day with antibacterial soap. Pay attention to the areas where you sweat the most, such as your armpits and groin area. Eliminating some of the bacteria on your skin always can prevent unpleasant body odour.
2. Keep your armpits shaved, so sweat evaporates rapidly and doesn’t have as much time to interact with bacteria. Hair breeds bacteria easily.
3. Always wash your clothing, and wear clean clothes.
4. Wear loose-fitting clothing made of cotton. This makes your skin breathe. This rule also applies to underwear and bras. Clothing that can pull moisture away from your skin is also necessary.

5. Use a topical antiperspirant, which works by pulling sweat back into your sweat glands. Sweat production declines when your body gets a signal that your sweat glands are full. These include over-the-counter, and also prescription, antiperspirants.
6. Try to remove overly smelly foods from your diet or pay attention to if certain foods make your body odour degenerate. Garlic, onions and alcohol are a few instances of food that may make your sweat smell more unpleasant.
7. Find ways to lower your levels of stress. Stress can make your apocrine glands activate.
